1 Service Provider Identification

The information in this section matches the records held by the payment processors used by the service.

2 Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, accessing the web application at ventidue.app, or using any feature of Ventidue, you represent that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

3 Minimum Age

Use of Ventidue is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you declare under your sole responsibility that you are of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence. If we become aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will proceed to delete it.

4 Description of the Service

Ventidue is a technology tool for organizing and visualizing personal finances, accessible via a Progressive Web App (PWA). The service includes:

• Financial organization: Recording transactions, managing accounts, cards, budgets, subscriptions, and an investment portfolio.
• Visualization and reports: Historical charts, month-over-month comparisons, projections of installments and subscriptions.
• Quotes: Display of exchange rates and asset prices obtained from third-party public APIs (DolarAPI, Binance).
• AI Assistance: Recording movements from natural-language text, voice, photos, or PDFs of receipts, and a conversational assistant to query your personal finances, processed through AI models from an external provider (see § 10).
• Mercado Pago integration (optional): Read-only import of your Mercado Pago account movements into a review tray, available on the Premium plan (see § 11).
• Informational nature: Ventidue is not a financial advisor, bank, accountant, or lawyer. It does not automatically connect to banks, does not execute investments, and does not transmit money. All information displayed is for organizational and informational purposes only. The user manually enters the data and is responsible for its accuracy.

5 Account Registration and Security

• Required data: To use the service you must register with a name and a valid email address.
• Sign-in methods: You may register and sign in with your email and password, or with your Google account ("Sign in with Google"). As a second factor you may use a one-time code (OTP) sent by email or a TOTP-compatible authenticator app (for example Google Authenticator or 1Password). You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox and your second factor secure.
• Google Sign-In: If you use "Sign in with Google", the Google Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy additionally apply, in addition to these Terms.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.
• Unauthorized access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Ventidue will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by negligent credential management.

6 Offline Use and Device Responsibility

• Local storage: The app stores data on your device (IndexedDB) so it can work offline. You are responsible for protecting physical access to your device.
• Pending sync: Do not manually clear browser data if you have operations pending to sync, as you may lose those changes irreversibly.

7 Plans and Memberships

• Basic Plan (free): 2 active accounts, 1 card, 1 broker in Portfolio, 2 budget categories, no access to advanced historical reports, and 20 lifetime credits for the AI features (non-renewable).
• Premium Plan (paid subscription): Full access to all features, up to 20 accounts, 20 cards, and 20 brokers, complete reports, priority support, and 250 monthly credits for the AI features.
• Trial period: 30 days of Premium access without a credit card. The trial is single-use per user and per account; it cannot be reactivated after it ends or associated with a new account using the same data.

8 Payments, Processors, and Currency

Ventidue offers two payment methods:

• MercadoPago (Argentina): Processes payments in Argentine pesos (ARS) for users with local payment methods.
• dLocal Go (international): Processes payments in US dollars (USD) with international cards, subject to a minimum amount set by that provider.
• Method selection: The user manually selects the processor in the app. You cannot maintain two active subscriptions simultaneously; to switch processors you must first cancel the current subscription.
• No card data stored: Ventidue does not store or directly process credit or debit card data. All payment information is handled by MercadoPago or dLocal Go under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Payment confirmation: The Premium plan is activated only when the processor confirms the payment to Ventidue's server, not at the moment the charge is initiated.
• Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC): Payments processed by dLocal Go may be converted to the user's local currency by the card issuer or by the processor. The amount charged on screen and on the bank statement may differ from the price published in USD according to the applied exchange rate. Ventidue does not control or take responsibility for this conversion.
• Taxes and surcharges: Published prices may not include taxes, surcharges, or additional fees applicable in the user's jurisdiction (for example, in Argentina: PAIS Tax, income tax withholdings, VAT). Such charges are applied directly by the payment processor or card issuer, not by Ventidue.

9 Renewals, Cancellation, Right of Withdrawal, and Refunds

• Automatic renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the paid period (monthly or annual) until the user cancels.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Subscription" section of your profile. Cancellation is processed immediately and you retain Premium access until the last day of the period already paid.

9.1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240, users have a period of 10 (ten) calendar days from the subscription date to revoke it without cause and without penalty.

• How to exercise it: by sending an email to soporte@ventidue.app with the subject "Withdrawal — Ventidue", indicating the email associated with the account.
• Effects: Ventidue will refund the amount paid for the current period, net of non-refundable fees applied by the payment processor. The refund will be made through the same payment method, within the time frames provided by applicable law.
• Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to periods fully consumed or to renewals subsequent to the initial 10-day window.

9.2. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

Given the digital nature of the service and the availability of a 30-day trial without a credit card, we do not offer refunds for periods already paid outside the legal withdrawal period, except where mandatory consumer protection rules explicitly require it.

9.3. Price Changes

• MercadoPago: Active subscribers keep the original price as long as they do not cancel. A new price applies only to new subscriptions or to those who cancel and resubscribe.
• dLocal Go: New prices apply automatically on the next renewal. We will notify any change at least 30 days in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the next charge date.

9.4. Failed Payments

If an automatic payment fails, the subscription may enter a grace period. If the situation is not resolved, the account will be downgraded to Basic with its corresponding limits.

10 Artificial Intelligence Features

Ventidue offers AI-assisted features that let you record movements from natural-language text, voice dictation, or a photo/PDF of receipts, tickets, or statements, and query your personal finances through a conversational assistant within the app. These features may change, expand, or be replaced over time; the following conditions apply to any AI feature, present or future.

• Reliance on an external provider: To process natural language, images, and documents, Ventidue uses AI models provided by a third party (currently the Google API — Gemini models). Processing occurs server-side: requests are sent to that provider from Ventidue's infrastructure. Voice dictation, if you use it, is transcribed by your own browser or operating system. The details of what data is sent and for what purpose are described in our Privacy Policy.
• Informational nature — not professional advice: The responses and suggestions generated by the AI features are informational and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or biases (amounts, categories, dates, installments, calculations, data interpretations, etc.). They do not constitute professional financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, nor should they be taken as such.
• The AI does not take actions on its own: The AI features do not modify or delete existing account data autonomously. When they record a movement, they only propose a draft that you must review and confirm manually before saving. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of each suggestion and for any decision you make based on the AI's responses.
• Credit system: Access to the AI features is governed by a unified credit system. Each use of any AI feature consumes 1 credit, regardless of the service used.
• Credits — Basic and Trial plans: 20 total lifetime credits, non-renewable.
• Credits — Premium plan: 250 monthly credits, reset at the start of each monthly period or billing cycle.
• Credits and changes: Ventidue may set, modify, reduce, suspend, or discontinue the credit quotas, their renewal rules, or the availability of these features at any time, for technical, cost, or external-provider availability reasons, with notice to the user for significant changes.
• Availability: AI functionality may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider failure, or quota exhaustion. Ventidue does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of this feature.
• Acceptable use: You must use the AI features solely to manage your own personal finances. It is prohibited to use them to obtain, infer, or extract third-party data; to attempt to manipulate the model's behavior (prompt injection) or bypass its safety filters; to evade usage limits through multiple accounts, automation, scripts, or client manipulation; to access the AI services outside the normal app flow; or to enter unlawful content or content unrelated to personal financial management.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ventidue will not be liable for damages or losses arising from decisions made by the user based on the results of the AI features, nor for errors, delays, or unavailability attributable to the external provider. The responsibility to review, validate, and confirm the information rests solely with the user. This limitation does not affect the non-waivable rights granted to the user by consumer protection regulations.

11 Mercado Pago Integration (movement import)

As an optional feature exclusive to the Premium plan, Ventidue lets you connect your Mercado Pago account to import your movements into a review tray within the app. This integration is separate from your subscription billing (see § 8).

• Read-only connection: The connection is made through Mercado Pago's official authorization system (OAuth), with read-only permissions. Ventidue cannot operate your account, move money, or modify or delete anything in Mercado Pago. Access tokens are read-only and stored encrypted.
• Review tray: Imported movements are placed in a "to review" tray. They are not recorded automatically in your finances: you decide which to confirm or discard.
• Optional and revocable: The integration is optional and you enable it expressly. You can disconnect it and revoke access at any time from the app or from Mercado Pago (Your account → Security → Apps with access). Revocation prevents future imports.
• Third-party data: Imported movements may contain third-party data (for example, in received transfers, data of the person who sent you money). By enabling the integration, you declare that you have a legitimate basis to incorporate that data into your personal financial management, you undertake to use it solely for that purpose, and you hold Ventidue harmless against third-party claims arising from your improper use.
• Availability and accuracy: The import depends on the availability of the Mercado Pago API and may experience delays, gaps, or inconsistencies. It is your responsibility to review and confirm each movement before incorporating it. The detail of the data we receive and store is described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Intellectual Property

The Ventidue application, including its source code, visual design, brand, logos, and all content generated by the team, is the exclusive property of its owner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of Ventidue without express written authorization.

13 Prohibited Uses

By using Ventidue, you agree not to:

• Illegal activities: Use the service to record, conceal, or facilitate illegal or fraudulent operations, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Reverse engineering: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or extract the application's source code.
• Unauthorized automation: Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or extract data from the service.
• AI feature abuse: Evade or manipulate the AI features' usage limits through multiple accounts, scripts, local client manipulation, or any evasion technique; attempt to manipulate the model's behavior (prompt injection); or access the AI endpoint outside the normal app flow.
• Payment fraud: Use of stolen cards, abusive chargebacks, or any practice that compromises the relationship with payment processors.
• Interference: Attempting to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the service or of other users' data.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

• By the user: You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Your information enters a 30-day deactivation window before permanent deletion. During this period you can reactivate it by logging in again.
• By Ventidue: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or put the security of the service or other users at risk, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the case.

15 Disclaimer of Liability

• We are not advisors: Ventidue is an organizational tool. We do not provide investment, legal, or accounting advice. We are not responsible for economic decisions made based on the data in the app.
• Third-party quotes: Currency and asset prices are provided by third-party APIs (DolarAPI, Binance) and may have delays or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee their accuracy or real-time updates.
• AI results: The AI features generate automated suggestions and responses from AI models. These results may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased and do not constitute professional advice. The user is solely responsible for verifying and confirming each transaction before saving it and for any decision made based on those responses (see § 10).
• Currency conversion and bank fees: Final amounts charged to the user may differ from the published price due to exchange rates, dynamic currency conversion (DCC), card issuer fees, tax withholdings, or other charges applied by third parties.
• Service interruptions: We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventidue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

16 Modifications to the Service and Terms

• To the service: We may modify, add, or discontinue features at any time, without prior notice.
• To these terms: We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after such notice implies acceptance of the new terms.

17 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Public-policy consumer protection rules (Law 24,240 and related regulations) apply in favor of the consumer user over any provision of this document.

For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Judicial District of Morón, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, waiving any other applicable jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer user's right to seek redress in the courts of their own domicile under applicable law.
